Meet the founder

Fiona

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Fiona’s career has taken her across the globe—from England to New Zealand, then Wales. She now calls Canada home, supporting both her professional community and the learning journey of her own family.

  1. England
  2. New Zealand
  3. Wales
  4. Canada

Fiona brings over 20 years of applied behaviour analytic experience, including a decade as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Her clinical passions include generative instruction, early skill development, verbal behaviour analysis, and academic curriculum design—always with a trusty standard celeration chart in hand.

Her work is grounded in best-practice, evidence-based intervention, but it’s the human connections that fuel her fire. Fiona collaborates closely with those who matter most to the learner—parents, grandparents, siblings—and with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and educators.

She’s known for blending precision with playfulness, and for asking “What’s possible?” even when the answer isn’t obvious.

Our team

The people around your child

Behaviourlytics is built from a team of individuals with an interest in applying the science of behaviour to the learning of socially significant behaviours.

  • A tutor and a young girl reading a workbook together

    Tutors & Behaviour Aides

In-home support and learning sessions are provided by individuals with studies in social and health sciences, including psychology. They receive on-the-job training in behaviour analysis, following program plans developed by the BCBA.

  • A tutor helping a middle school student with his written work

    Senior Tutor & Associates

The associate role supports training and program development, meeting the team on a weekly basis. With regular contact with the BCBA, these individuals are seeking certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

  • A mother, father and daughter sharing a hug

You and your family Most important

As the most important team members, the family is supported in understanding how learning occurs. Training and support is provided to implement programming outside of Tutor and Behaviour Aide sessions.

  • A tutor and a child looking over papers together

    Program Development

Program development is provided by a Behaviour Analyst certified with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. They meet with the team every two to three weeks.

  • A behaviour analyst working with a young girl at a table

    Coordinator

The Coordinator role may be held by a team member, most often the BCBA, to ensure all paperwork is filed for fund holders, documents are accessible for team members, and the team meets on a regular basis.
